I’m Akanksha Tiwari, and I have five years of experience in psychology, along with certification in yoga. My passion for psychology stems from a deep desire to help people navigate their emotional and mental challenges, while promoting a holistic approach to well-being. By combining therapy with mindfulness and movement, I guide my clients toward inner peace and resilience. Outside of my work, I love dancing and exploring new places, as I believe that movement and discovery are vital parts of personal growth.

As a mental health counselor with five years of experience, I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate the complexities of their emotional and mental well-being. My approach to counseling is holistic, combining therapeutic techniques with mindfulness practices, and grounded in the belief that true healing involves the mind, body, and spirit.

In addition to my counseling background, I am also a certified yoga instructor. This allows me to incorporate elements of yoga and mindfulness into my therapeutic work, offering clients tools to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges through breathwork, relaxation, and body awareness. I believe that the connection between physical and mental health is key to achieving balance and long-term well-being.

My goal as a counselor is to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you're facing personal, professional, or relational challenges, I am here to support you in understanding your emotions, gaining clarity, and developing strategies for growth and resilience.
